Avengers was amazing. I was always sorry Hickman never got to finish his wonderful Ultimates world-building (yet one more reason DC's New 52 makes me sad). I've read that Secret Wars has been planned "for years". Sometimes that mean "2 years" sometimes "6 years", depending on the source. Was Hickman's (aborted) roadmap for Ultimates part of the path to Secret Wars or am I reading too much into things? Are you even willing to say when you first started seeding Secret Wars?
